Terms and Conditions

- An annual registration fee must be paid to entitle a student to participation within the Kickin Kidz programme.

- Uniforms are provided in three sizes. Payment of the annual registration fee plus the term’s class fee will entitle each student to one Kickin Kidz uniform from this standard selection of sizes.

- Official products including uniforms will be provided as soon as possible after registration. However no specific timescale is agreed to.

- Payment of the annual registration fee plus the term’s class fee, will entitle each student to one Kickin Kidz wall chart.

- Payment of the annual registration fee plus the term’s class fee, will entitle each student to one Kickin Kidz passport.

- All items of equipment or merchandise are subject to availability.

- Class fees must be paid termly in advance.

- Kickin Kidz Ltd does not offer any refunds or exchanges for any products or services.

- The value of any merchandise, products or services quoted, are the retail price as offered by Kickin Kidz. This excludes Kickin Kidz special offers or special company prices.

- Kickin Kidz Ltd reserves the right to change or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Kickin Kidz Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the Kickin Kidz programme at any stage without prior notice.

- All rights are reserved to Kickin Kidz Ltd.

To qualify for the April 2009 special offer:You need to pay the annual registration fee, and the full term’s class fees before 16^th April 2009. Before attending classes we require that children, parents and guardians must sign up and provide Kickin Kidz with their complete contact details and any other details requested on the sign up form. No refunds are offered for sign up fees or class fees. The sign up fee must be paid before access to the Kickin Kidz programme. ‘Full Access to the Kickin Kidz programme’ means that the child and parent/guardian who have signed up are on the Kickin Kidz records and, after term fees are paid, can attend classes. To attend classes after paying the sign up fee a termly fee must be paid for class fees. Terms are the same as usual

school terms. If classes are full please contact us to request a place on the waiting list.
